Angel
You ever find it hard
To believe in an angel.
Someone from above,
that sits on your shoulder and sings.
She sings of laughter,
of light and of love.
And when the night comes,
she dies.
Like sweet bells ringing silver,
In the darkness without you,
she dies.
Is it so hard for you,
To believe in and angel.
Who rises with the sunrise.
New with the new day.
Where would you go;
To scream into the rain,
To find harmony,
To kill the pain.
Where would you go?
If no one were there,
To watch you fall,
To pick you up,
To cast your worry aside.
Where would you go?
To find an angel.
Like me.
To believe in an angel.
Someone from above,
that sits on your shoulder and sings.
She sings of laughter,
of light and of love.
And when the night comes,
she dies.
Like sweet bells ringing silver,
In the darkness without you,
she dies.
Is it so hard for you,
To believe in and angel.
Who rises with the sunrise.
New with the new day.
Where would you go;
To scream into the rain,
To find harmony,
To kill the pain.
Where would you go?
If no one were there,
To watch you fall,
To pick you up,
To cast your worry aside.
Where would you go?
To find an angel.
Like me.
